1. Prepare substrate
Clean with solvent-based degreaser, sand with P80-P180 grit, and reclean.
2. Mix Speed Glaze with hardener
Mix Dolphin Speed Glaze with hardener 2% mixing ratio (@20°C)
3. Apply Dolphin Speed Glaze
Apply smooth film immediately after mixing. 4-6 mins Gel time (@20°C)
4. Sand surface
Wait 6-8 min (Speed Glaze) or 15-20 min (Dolphin Glaze) @ 20°C, then sand with P180-P240.
5. PREPARE
Prepare the area up to primer application.
6. APPLICATION
Microfill applies easily with a lint-free cloth.
7. TECHNIQUE
Apply Microfill using the wipe-on/wipe-off method.
8. FINISH
Once applied, paint over Microfill.
